Anonymous asked: What are your biggest flaws? How can you improve on them?

Flaws?  I have a lot haha.  I guess not knowing my confidence is one thing.  Like I don’t know whether I’m not confident enough, or am too confident, and it definitely affects my performance.  

Also, I guess I’m a “jack of trades” and I don’t really specialize in one main thing.  Idk.  I do a lot of things, but I’m not necessarily good at al of them, or even one certain thing.  When I see it sometimes, it gets difficult because I can’t put down “oh I’m really good at…” because in truth, I’m not.  I’m just okay at a lot of things, but I’m not truly good at one thing.  And in this world, that can be a problem.  People want to hire someone who’s good at something, not someone who’s okay at a lot of things.  They can find other people do fill in those other things.

In the end, I need to learn to specialize instead of decentralize.
